Mile High's Executive Chef, David Robinson, is a Chester County native who resides in Downingtown. Dave always knew he wanted to be a Chef and earned a degree from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.
Dave’s resume includes a wide variety of east coast restaurants, from little bistros by the Jersey Shore to hotels in Baltimore.
After five years at the old San Marco restaurant on City Line Avenue, Dave worked in the kitchens at The Farmhouse, the Dilworthtown Inn, the Lenape Inn and the Duling-Kurtz House in Exton for seven years. He has also been active in coordinating charity events for the Chester County SPCA and the Brandywine Hospital Strawberry Festival.
Dave says he’s landed his 'dream job' at Mile High Steak & Seafood, and looks forward to serving you one of our finest menu selections.
