To My Valued Customers,
First and foremost, I would like to personally apologize to each of you for not keeping you abreast of the future of Mile High Steak and Seafood.
Until now, I was not completely sure myself. I followed the advice given by lawyers and accountants and remained silent. For that, I take full responsibility, and again I apologize.
I have invested everything I own, my heart, soul, blood, sweat and tears into reopening my beloved restaurant. Sadly, things are not going as I hoped. Several obstacles are preventing me from having a definitive future at this point in time. No final financial decisions have been determined, but the future is looking bleak for Mile High to reopen in the future, if at all.
I hope that you can all appreciate that I am trying my best and have the finest of intentions, but the banks I have worked with for years are no longer supporting my endeavors.
At this point, I am trying to work with several other investors that may be interested in purchasing the restaurant. I do not know what the future holds. I am personally and financially in ruins as a result of circumstances that were beyond my control. To all of my loyal customers, I am truly sorry.
I never meant to be misleading or deceitful in anyway. All I can do now is tell you where I am, and apologize for the uncertain future.
I thank you for your patronage over the years and I wish I had better news to share, but I do not. I thank you for your understanding and compassion during this most difficult time.
